GameChanger was looking for a way to thank and inspire a critical user base: coaches. Together with video production agency The Bindery, I wrote a script that honors these everyday heroes.

Challenge: GameChanger has two sets of primary users: coaches, and fans. The former provide us with the latter, who pay for our premium product. The problem is how to market a product that is free for one, and paid for the other.

Revelation: different users should see different pricing pages to reduce confusion and ultimately drive conversion.
Solution: logged in fans who have not upgraded to premium now see a cleaner, more focused pricing page.
test group (now implemented due to 100% lift in conversion)
